A standard column chart does the job, but it looks like every other column chart out there. The lollipop version — a thin stem with a circle sitting on top of each value — reads cleaner and gives a dashboard a bit of polish, and you can do it without pulling anything from App Source. The catch is that the look lives deep in the visual's formatting, built from native error-bar settings most people never touch, so getting it right by hand is a lot of trial and error.
