1. Definitions

  • "PowerBISkills.ai" refers to the website and digital products operated by DataTraining.io

  • "Skills" refers to the Claude Code skill packages, including SKILL.md files, CLAUDE.md files, Python scripts, and supporting reference files

  • "Buyer" refers to the individual who purchases a skill or skill bundle

2. License

Upon purchase, the Buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Skills across an unlimited number of their own projects. This license is granted to the individual Buyer only.

3. Permitted use

  • Use the Skills on any number of your own Power BI projects

  • Use the Skills in client work (the output belongs to you and your client)

  • Modify the Skills for your own use

4. Prohibited use

  • Redistribute, share, resell, or sublicense the Skill files to any third party

  • Publish the Skill files (in whole or in part) publicly on GitHub, forums, social media, or any other platform

  • Include the Skill files in a product or service offered to others

  • Share your members page access with others

5. Team use

Each individual user requires their own purchase. A single license does not cover teams, departments, or organizations. Contact us for team pricing.

6. Delivery

After payment, the Buyer receives access to the members page where Skill files and instructions are available for download. Delivery is digital and immediate.

7. Updates

Skills in the purchased package are updated regularly. The Buyer receives all future updates to the Skills included in their purchased package at no additional cost. New skill packages released after purchase are not included and are sold separately.

8. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If a Skill does not work as described, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

9. Intellectual property

All Skills, including code, documentation, and supporting files, are the intellectual property of PowerBISkills.ai / DataTraining.io. Purchase grants a usage license, not ownership.

10. Disclaimer

Skills are provided "as is." We test across multiple Power BI models but cannot guarantee compatibility with every model configuration. PowerBISkills.ai is not liable for any data loss, model corruption, or other damages resulting from the use of the Skills. Always work with a copy of your PBIP project.

11. Third-party requirements

Using the Skills requires Claude Code, which is a product of Anthropic. PowerBISkills.ai is not affiliated with Anthropic. Claude Code subscription or API costs are the Buyer's responsibility.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Skills after changes constitutes acceptance.
